I want to share a few works that I am proud of with Steemit

I am specifically relating to a piece I made in 2014 that now informs 2016.

Grotto.exe was an immersive exploration of the gender binary and colour associations.
Participants were invited to relax and listen to the audio while the video glitched out. The transmission created ambiance of a alien signal cutting in and out. Just out of reach.

Basically you were on display in a cave set up.

Also backgrounds of some stop motion//digital animation that may have been maquettes for it unknowingly.

Where does this lead though?
Excitingly enough I found out this evening I was accepted as one of seven artists in a digital event in Richmond, BC.
My work is going to be a cave pool in which gifs will be projected onto it.

Here's the beginnings of the next step in this series.
