Exploring The Feminine Aspect of Divinity in The Battle Hymn of The Republic

I have been working on a series of exploring the feminine aspect of Divinity in Americana. This one is my first piece.

I felt inspired to do a piece based on The Battle Hymn of the Republic. Instead of personifying Deity as male, I am exploring the personification of Deity as female because the highest aspect of Divinity is androgynous and I am trying to balance out the masculine/feminine polarity. Besides, I have often witnessed Justice come in the form of feminine garments.

I do not think we can get our Golden Age until the masculine/feminine polarities are balanced on this planet, and I suspect the archetype of The Solar Female principle is the right potent force for the readjustment that will help liberate the Human Soul from the confines of Matter where its been encased by the fetters of ignorance and forces of obscurantism from the Kali Yuga.

I have been doing everything I possibly can to personify Truth, Justice and Beauty as our country and the rest of the world goes through this awkward transition.

I am very much interested in learning about the Divine Feminine after learning about the concept of Shekinah.... and in the Zohar this Feminine divine nature of God is also related to Ashera and the Tree of Knowldge. Shekinah comes from the ancient Hebrew root shkna... that means nest and neighbour. I wonder now if this is what Jesus said when he tells us to Love our Neighbour (Shekinah) as our Self.... Love the Divine Feminine as much as we love our Self. the Self = God

Good taste! I have so much of my art to show you. I'll post it little by little.

I like your blog. Following. Keep posting man. ✌🏾
