here is some details

How it was made

1. I drawing with normal lines in Photoshop.
   

2. I put the scanned cardboard paper over this layer in Multiply mode.
   

3. I use Texturiser effect on the drawing layer. (Filter > Texture > Texturiser). You have to work in RGB mode for this effect.
   

4. I use spatter effect on the drawing layer (Filter > Texture > Brush strokes > Spatter).
   

So your drawing will look like it's not digital work:)
