Kurban, Mamburao Belediye Ronald Hilario Ani olarak tanımlandı.

Polise göre Lt.Col. 4B Polis Bölge Ofisi'nin kamu bilgi memuru Soc Faltado, Ani, ulusal otoyoldan motosikletle geçiyordu.

Yolun diğer tarafında dengesini kaybetti ve bir ağaca çarptı.

Ani atladı ve ölümüne yol açan yaralanmaları devam ettirdi.
