Currently, I continue to deepen my relationship with dance by practicing as daily ritual. I feel driven to celebrate the rebirth of Spirit into the waking state each morning with music, song and dance, moving with a holistic approach, merging mind with body movement & centering oneself in the creative space for flow. I have also began engaging in a lovely musical relationship with morrocaan ceramic drums I picked up at a thrift store and a ukulele and am absolutely excited for the divine communion with Spirit these sacred sound mediums allow.
