my entry on house cleaning courtsey of @culgin

INTRODUCTION

From the word clean house I know a lot of beautiful thoughts would be going through our minds just from that word, There is a saying which says cleanliness is next to Godliness, cleanliness comes with so much benefits in life its protects us from certain microscopic germs, it helps prevents us from getting illness etc. a home that is neat check the health of that family you would discover that they are living in good health.

But Note been neat is not a criteria that one can’t be ill or get infected by any germs

I must confess I feel so delighted to post something on house cleaning I remember while growing up my mum always wake me and my siblings up to do house choirs every morning before going out for school or any activity. It was really tiring but while growing much older we got to realize the impact it has had on our lives. house cleaning can be so stressful but the end result make you smile before i start cleaning my room or the house, i usually put on my ear piece listening to music, music increases ones paste while working because it helps the mind not to think too much while working.

in cleaning a house you have to consider several part of a house such as

• kitchen, Bedroom, toilet ,lounge, etc.

Kitchen

As far as i am concerned the kitchen is more like the heart of every house hold, if you have a dirty and unkempt kitchen it can lead to complicated issues on human health because the food we eat is prepared in the kitchen. but what would it be of us if our kitchen is kept anyhow trust me it will be a very big issue cleaning the kitchen can be so hectic here are some tips to use in cleaning your kitchen.

• in cleaning the kitchen one has to check the cabinet in the Kitchen and wash some of the plate that are there and other utensils.
• washing of the kitchen sink by using brushes or sponge to clean inside the sink
  the part of the kitchen i don't really like cleaning is the sink lol the fowl smell from the sink hole irritates me but here in my country we make use of a very nice detergent called MORNING FRESH.

this morning fresh is used in most homes to was dishes, clean kitchen tables etc.

• sweeping, moping and cleaning the refrigerator, microwave, gas cooker, in the kitchen, gas cooker etc. just like the image below you can make use of damp rag to clean all this appliance but always remember to unplug your appliances before cleaning them.

Bedroom

bedroom cleaning is not much of work though because its just a room which is mostly occupied with cloths, bed, shoes books etc. in cleaning the bedroom i always ensure that i clean the room by sweeping under my bed of which i see as one of the stressful part for me and also i try to get a laundry basket where i keep my dirty cloths. this is just a temporal place where dirty cloths are been kept before they can be washed either manually. washing cloths manually can be intensely stressful so i employ the use of washing machines and it has helped me in my washing without complaining much.

another way of making the bedroom neat is by mopping the bedroom floor, mopping the floor helps to clean the house sometime there may be stain on our floor that needs to be taken off but when you use a mop and detergent it will help in removing such stain. aside mopping there are other activities in the bedroom one can do inorder to make the house neat is by

• cleaning the windows
• dursting the blinds
• cleaning your standing mirror with a dry rag
• arranging the bed by spreading your bed sheet etc in my house we always do this activities every time, up to the extent of going under our bed to sweep underneath.

toilet/bathroom

well to most people this is one of the toughest part in a house that most people have problem cleaning, the toilet is a delicate part also in the house and if not cleaned properly it can make the place smell or it can lead to bacterial infections one part i hate cleaning in the toilet is the inside hole it can be stressful but with the use of HARPIC my problems are solved.

always have a liquid wash for the hands in the toilet, this helps to ensure that the hands are properly clean after using the toilet

so you see cleaning the toilet is very very important in cleaning the toilet one has to use certain liquid wash so as to be able to remove tough stains from the floor or inside the toilet seat. another part to pay attention to is the walls of the bathroom one has to scrub it regularly the walls tends to accommodate dirt most times, because when we bath with soaps it may tend to splash on the walls and if it is left like that it tends to dry up on the wall so the more it accumulates the more difficult it is to wash.

Lounge

lounge is otherwise known as the sitting room where you entertain your visitors and also have fun it is a general part of the house, cleaning the sitting room is also very important.

in order to clean the sitting room here are activities that needs to be done

• clean the doors and windows
• sweep and mop the floors( sweep under chairs dirt tends to hide there most times, sweep rugs and carpet regularly, rugs tend to accommodate dirt)
• clean electronics with dry rags or damp rags depending on the appliance and make sure the appliance are unplogged
• clean Tables.
• book shelves.
  

Summary

this are some ways to clean a house this are just the few details i could give for now there are still many ways one could clean his or her house, although i have never consulted any home cleaning professionals before most of the cleaning are done by me, but note cleaning outside the house is not left out it is still part of house cleaning like cleaning the outside window, trimming the flowers, cutting or leveling the grasses.
