In the spirit of transparency & community, I'd like to tell you that The Artidote's posts will be on pause for the next 3 weeks.

You may have noticed I've stopped posting constantly this week and that's because I've decided to give it (and myself) a much needed pause to reflect, reconsider and recharge. As I travel these next few weeks, visiting family in the U.S. and Mexico, I will be working behind the scenes on The Artidote, its direction and future.
These past few years have shown me how important a community like The Artidote is today with its creed of raising mental health awareness through art, poetry and community.

I'll be back the final week of August to celebrate the return of a re-charged Artidote with some surprises along the way (including a possible Artidote meet-up in Croatia #SpoilerAlert) ✨
