#BLOG - “These Days Past” - I'm Back Again, Steemit :) | SOL 950
Hello friends,
It's been a while since my last post, so much has changed!
- Forward by Author-
I'm currently deeply involved in publication upstream, working on new illustrations, signature products, and have since relocated into a new studio space. My living situation in flux, I will refer to this lifestyle as increasingly mobile and nomadic in stature. More work has dedicated to completing new images, as always I will refer new followers and continuing alike to visit my website. It is now that I have finally caught up to a backlog of routine posting to all of my main networks typically Facebook, Instagram, Patreon, and Steemit of course. :)
This stream, however, is particularly a personal profile and represents itself as public a persona I can maintain with respect to my profession and my lifelong practice, Art and Illustration. However, if you know me outside of this network, then this would reflect the type of information I'd share to those who have met me [here] collaborated with me, and I've created content independently. That said, I admit I would like to create another profile to house as a repository on the blockchain for the content of my creative art one day. @Artistcraigahamilton on the web is the brand of my original graphic illustrations, signature products, and special publications of my own personal experience and expertise ;)
I have taken a look at some of the changes to Steemit in the past few months, as well as the groundbreaking developments on-chain and some major upgrades systematically that have or may have affected my consistency, like TRON network basically buying out Steem and the continuous march of advancements in the cryptocurrency community at large.
I guess it would only be appropriate to continue sharing with you all what's happening off-line and in time return to where we left off on-line ;)

So where do I begin?
At the start of 2020, I moved on from my townhouse rental back into Miami and began to bootstrap the foundation operations of a creative studio. Inside, I am able to develop and publish my artistic creations from a rough sketch to real products under my complete control. This space I aim to modularize, enable my studio process the capability to actively relocate and automate remotely. I feature a regular broadcast to free public channels via social media to the ongoings of the creative process I craft, I invite everyone reading this feed to go check it out through my website!

Well, I started the year on the move, my earthly belongings made it safely into storage and quickly set up a workspace I had to commute to from a nearby Airbnb I had rented. AT this point, I foresaw my life into the wind of uncertainty. The action daily on the streets seemed rent prices were incredibly high around here in Miami and no real security in taking a step forward. I was paying $400 for access to a place to shower and sleep overnight, whilst my productive space was a world apart where I could exist in peace, just couldn't live there.
.
Views from the ride to and from either position, the daily grind commuting from time spent in my art studio, and on the move as a delivery courier during the day. Always I take a moment to breathe and respect the daylight, in reverie, the scene of serenity was the momentary peace I so long for.
.
Day in, day out, about 6 days a week, I'll pedal my way around my neighborhood food and fulfillment orders for my fellow humans as a delivery courier. Both a constant occupation (because everyone's got to eat) and an easy way to find time to exercise, I committed to this tedium since February 2019 that has slowly evolved into a pocket hustle I'm scaling in speed and capability until I can take it anywhere I wish to earn a bit of moneys for art production. After all, my default is creativity. All my earnings fuel is my craft :)
.
Views from the route is always nice, especially if you're in a familiar setting. This scene isn't far from the community I grew up from, however, this obviously the nicer parts of town, on occasion an order will take me into the high life of the coastal enclaves of wealthy residents' finer lifestyles.
.
Always show love to my local coffee spot, props to Kay Rico Coffee of Hollywood FL. It's a perfect place to sit, slow down, and see the sights of your social scene. I'd stop by and take a seat at the bar with my own personal cup and coffee french press with a double, sketch, and chat with my fellow like-minded humans on all the aspects of living on Earth. :D

The Airbnb set up was clutch as a temporary housing solution, but as a workplace or as a hangout was an improbable obstacle. The owner rules would evacuate the occupants every day by a certain time, only to save on his utilities, I only found it a comfy bed and hot shower ahead of a better resolution sans living in my own place. This got me thinking...

You know your neighborhood is bougie when you see people taking their exotic lemur for a walk. Oh wow, Aventura >_>

Okay, now originally this was a HUGE post, but for continuity, I figure it would be best to break up into separate posts, so stay tuned for later part installments here until we catch up in real-time. I know with the recent turn of pandemic proportions have knocked all on its side, this crypto journey for me is far from over and I want to continue to invest my time and energy in delivering my gift to the world. As I get reaccustomed to the changes made here, I aim to continue to share with you my artistic creations as well as my triumphs on into the new age.
Until then, thanks for hanging out with me throughout the years, I'm coming back now with more original content than ever as we roll into a new age for crypto!
Bless!
