The new record of $ 646 million was auctioned at Christie's, where part of the famous American billionaire David Rockefeller collection is presented. For the first time in history, many one-man possessions are sold for an incredible amount.

In total there are 44 lots, the most expensive is the canvas Pablo Picasso "Girl with Flower Basket": the value reached 115 million dollars. Next came Claude Monet with the painting "Flowering water lilies" - 84.7 million. In third place is Henri Matisse and "Odalisque, lying under magnolia" - the picture sells for 80.8 million.
