🎨 Draw this in your style (Oc Madie_arts) 🎨
Hi there! I share the last drawing I did :D
It's an Instagram challenge #drawthisinyourstyle. I loved the character for both its physical characteristics and personality and also Madie's style is very cute!
Here´s the original drawing. Madie mentioned characteristics about her character, her name is Alis, adventure lover . She is very curious about the world and its mysteries. It has a great connection with nature and a strong magical instinct.
💙 Step by Step 💙
I started drawing with a pencil on a sheet of paper, looking at the original and trying to capture the details like collar and small braids.
The next step was to transfer it to the computer (I take a picture) and in Paint Tool Sai I draw the outline.
Then I color the base. Sometimes I paint all the base colors and then I add the details, but other times I paint a base (for example the skin) and then I add the shadows and lights. After that I repeat the action in another area of the drawing.
In this case, I continued painting the face and skin.
After painting the clothes, I added the shadows and light, I did the same with the hair and the crown.
I painted the sky blue background and then I added dark tones and mixed them. I also drew the butterfly and duplicated it to place it on the opposite side. I painted the details in the eyes of Alis, giving the light to her eyes.
To finish the draw I put more light to butterflies, add small dots in the background and some loose on the hair strands. Also I add some white lines on the clothes to highlight more.
