That's very nice! Thank you guys!

Wow you really got to work on this one and what an amazing result. I've seen the process on FB as well and was feeling a bit lazy not even getting to complete a painting myself yet, but with family issues I'm just trying to get some drawing done.

What a wonderful piece and an amazing start to 2019!

Thank you Donna!

This is really amazing and very well detailed. It must have taken you a lot of time to get those details... I love the idea of that light shining through and those little creepy (faces?) around there... I love how real that mountain looks too...

Amazing piece!

Thank you Audrey!

What a dark and mystic place. Amazing work that could be a very good cover artwork for a heavy metal album ;)

Well done for completing this painting as your first this year. The dreariness and bleakness are very nice indeed, contrasting with the subtle lighting from the distant horizon.

That's got a really colossal feeling about it. And you're probably well sick of me gushing about your textures by now XD

No worries @ryivhnn! Your feedback is always appreciated! :-)

This is a very interesting dark concept. Everything looks so sad and depressed and then there she is.. a beautiful lady sleeping peacefully.

Great combination! And very nice detailed work..

Thank you for sharing and congratulations on your curie vote!

hello @gric,
my first thought was that you get some inspirations from the master Zdzislaw Baksinski. I really love this kind of strange dystopian darkness in the artwork, creating kinda goosebumps on the skin. Big up for lots of catching eye details including in this painting. perhaps this girl could be a bit smaller, but from the other hand, why would you try to make it less bizarre ?

Thanks @cubapl for your fedback!

Wow shit that is so cool, thank you.

Thanks @road2horizon!

Your painting looks detailed and is very surreal. I can't imagine how to move all the details into your painting media.

Amazing painting. Steemit can be a place of exhibition.

Very impressive attention to the details and textures. It's an eerie scenario and yet the human image transmits so much calm and peace in the face of doom. A new life awating for the old world to end.
It's a wonderful treatment of color and forms. The abstract as striking as the concrete.
