some time ago y painted some elephants breaking through a triangle. In the moment i was painting this my head was full of to much things :)
Here is the original painting done with watercolors and color pencils:
And here the digital retouching so i can use it for shirts and other things:

I was checking if i have taken pictures while i was drawing but didn't find it.
Basically :
i sketched with pencil, for the elephants i used random pictures from elephants as reference
then i outlined the triangle and the lines of the 3 elephants
i colored with watercolor and color pencil
and finally with some wet paper and temper color i done something like clouds overall
and some year later i scanned and reworked digitally with a wacom tablet and photoshop :)
