respecting the space we live in/go in

Earlier yesterday, I had a friend at my work place. He did some cooking here in the kitchen, ate what he made and went on with his work. Since I am very much sensitive about keeping my work space clean, I asked him why he left the things the way he left. To which, he replied " I made my food. isn't that enough!!" . I was in utter disguise to hear his reply.

Again the same day, he left the doors of the dorm open. When I warned him, he told me " what's the issue, since AC are switched off in the room!!" I got really angry with the guy, because of the way he thinks of himself.

I meet so many people on daily basis. They come from so many place in the world but then I had this thing with the Indian men. They just piss me off. I am not talking like of all of them but the majority. I see very few of those, who has the decency to understand the space and be a human then being a man. There are again, women too but here, the majority is less.

Definitely , I have a few friends who would respect the space, would not keep it as "I am the king" thing. They would not leave any damage in the space but would give their 100% to enhance that.

Why is this happening ??

This takes me to the upbringing of the kids in our society. They make the guy believe that whatever he does is his right. He can leave the room unorganized, don't have to cook a single day, do't have to wash their clothes or do anything else then just going to work and earning for the family and teaching the girls otherwise.

The child should be taught to be independent, either its financially or otherwise. you never know, when you gonna be all by yourself and have to do what you never thought would be your cup of tea. And moreover teach them to respect, just not the people but things and spaces too.

There is no "small job" in this world. It's all about perspective. You can be a CEO, and can still choose to wash dishes. It's all about helping each other out and living in harmony

Treat the things, spaces, people around you as you would like to be treated. Nobody likes to end in shit. You need to understand this and teach this people around you. It would be a better place to live in, even if it's a human heart <3
