How to Shrimp Arugula Salad ?
Materials
- 8-10 medium sized shrimp
- 1 bunch fresh arugula
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of olive oil
- Enough salt
Preparation
Wash the prawns. Fill a pot with water on the stove and get deep. The water boils toss in the shrimp. After about 5 minutes, drain completely back to the orange color of the shrimp, cold water. Set aside ready to peel back. Wash the arugula and drain the water. Peel tomatoes and chop them into small cubes. Garlic crushed in a garlic crusher salt and mix it with lemon juice and olive oil.
