Tons of Activity in This Immune Cell

A healthy immune system has so much activity! This video is sped up to show the movement of the cell. Speeding up videos is not nessesary to see the movement, a whole lot of activity is seen live in the microscope, but I like to speed up the video to make it easier to see.

We have many types of immune cells that are all specialists in their own job.
Some are hunters and killers that will hunt down and kill bacteria and parasites, while others are trash collectors that will collect waste and fungus in the blood.
We also have immune cells that act like teachers and will learn how a specific virus or sickness "looks like". Immune cells will coordinate an attack and go together to battle when sickness strikes.

Our body is truly amazingly amazing!

For all this to function, the cells need a good environment and strong communication between each other.
That's why I recommend keeping your body alkaline with lots of vegetables and a healthy life style.
I personally drink a redox cell signaling supplement every day to ensure good cell communication.
