We now have a PROPOSALS section on https://ASStoken.app thanks to @eonwarped and our group chat for discussing details of my "Nitrous" Custom Website, the service I purchased from Steem-Engine.com (I want to recommend it to everyone but could mean less time with the talented eonwarped for me :D He was able to replace the text for "promoted" and make it 'proposals" when i had the idea a few days ago, and thanks to the talent of eonwarped and steem engine he was able to manifest my idea into real life. Nowyou can make a post, and when its created you can click "promote"
You can now press this promote button and post will show up in the proposals section formerly promoted section.

I believe I will also have a promoted button to allow you to burn ASS and have your post interwoven into trending as pioneered by @weedcash @coffeebuds https://weedcash.network i believe who was first to get rid of promoted and simply allow burning of SCOT tokens to get a post higher up on their own trending page.
I suggest that @neoxian @jongolson and @clayboyn or @aggroed or whoever runs @palnet think about monitoring my own progress with using promoted section as a "proposals" section to allow for a simple proposals feature .... perhaps neoxian.city or ctptalk or palnet could use this like I will attempt to for ASStoken.app and https://SanDiegoCoin.org
ANYWAY Here is the proposal to test this system, which will be monitored by curators in charge of an account like my own with enough ASS tokens to upvote proposals and get them some of the highest upvotes on the tribe. For SAND token a special account will be created for this, for ASS token it will be @ackza and @asshole but I will also try to get this system working on @wafrica and use a @wafricaproposals account with a LOT of WAFRO to only upvote on proposals for the site. This will get users used to making more formal proposals, so we will have abetter chance of using them when SPS comes out.
Proposal 01
I propose we raise 1000 ENG to enable Delegation on ASS token. Any ASS received from this proposal post will be used to either pay for an upvote by @ackza Burned or used to pay users in ASS tokens to make posts about promoting this idea to enable delegation for 1000 ENG or about $160 USD or $16 USD for 10 ASS token enthusiasts or investors. I could even sell them $16 worth of ASS each. Anyway I may get delegation soon and we will discuss in this post in comments below.
