Police versus Market Woman

Do you think it is right for a Police Officer to misuse power.
Maybe the scene i witnessed few minutes ago is not assault but a man acting out of passionate anger for his work.
Am sure the endsars protest by the youth of Nigerians last year october is one events that shock the Nigerian systems and Nigerians in disapora.
Some Police officers where found harassing market women at their abandoned Station(the station was burnt during the endsars protest.)
Am sure they were still looking forward to recontruction of their buliding but because of how the economy is,women decided to use that place as a means to sell their product.
Who then is wrong? The Officers or the Market Women.
Sometimes it is always good to put ourselves in the state of that person who is assaulted or the person who assault.
