Generally, there is no cure for asthma. But we can control the symptoms. But it should not involve steroid inhalers or tablets which will give a temporary relief but actually worsen the symptoms.
A plant named vitex negundo is the only best cure for asthma.
Take a bowl full of the leaves and boil in hot water and cover yourself with a bedsheet and deeply steam it by inhaling the steam.
Follow this weekly once. You won't experience asthma for lifetime.
