I've been pondering the point of our existence a lot lately, and for some reason, every time I do so, I tend to have more lucid dreams and astral projections. I'm thinking this has to do with different thoughts resonating at different frequencies. Whenever I'm focused, for long periods of time, on bills, money, politics, society etc, my overall brain frequency must be keeping my consciousness grounded to this "reality." But when I'm focused on things like art, creativity, alternative philosophy, aliens, alternate dimensions etc, my brain frequency resonates in a way that leads to OBEs, astral projections and lucid dreams at night. Does anyone else out there have similar experiences? Let me know what you think!

I had my first lucid dream during the first night that I ever learned about what lucid dreaming was, and I thought about it before bed.
