11 steps to leave your body | Astral Projection

Leaving the body with the mind and travelling the astral plane. What is YOUR new goal in 2018?

Imagine you and I do it at the same time, we can meet in the astral plane!

  1. Healthy Lifestyle (Food and exercise) affect you body and what it can do IMMENSLY
  2. Relaxation of every muscle and a calm mind. Practicing meditation is very helpful relaxing your body efficently. Maybe smoking some wee can help too, just saying.
  3. Binaureal beats that alter the frequency of your brainwaves. I love them because ever since I meditate with them, it takes me a few seconds of listening to them and I feel very relaxed. They make you feel so in the moment that it's like floating in the vast universe, which is what we want to do anyways.
  4. Experimenting. There are a lot of methods and one may work better for you than the other. Guided Astral Projections on YouTube with different techniques, hypnosis, and many more.
  5. Try it in the night, morning or evening. When you are very awake, it's harder to get your body to fall asleep. So consider that. Also, doing it really early in the morning after waking up has the advantage that everyone is asleep and there is a calmness. You just woke up out of the delta brainwave state from sleep. Now you can induce it again faster, only this time trying to not fall asleep.
  6. Let go of fear. You are safe. You leave your body naturally. Just that you never notice it because of your mind falling asleep before your body. While leaving your body, you will feel a lot of new sensations like vibrations or a pulsing, sometimes even hear a ringing. That's completely normal and actually a really goof sign your about to leave your body. Like me yesterday, your body can become paralyzed in a sense that you can't move it anymore. It's asleep. That's normal too. When you leave your body, you can not get lost, you can always decide to go back to your body and would do so in an instant or someone is trying to wake you up, snapping you right out of it too.
  7. Be patient because most people need to practice and practice. As I said, experience of meditation helps and gives you a benefit. It can take days, weeks or even years. It all depends on you. 
  8. Desire it, wish it, expect it to happen. If you dont care, it wont work, you would always just fell asleep. You have to focus on that desire and REALLY want to travel the astral planes.
  9. Learn more about it by reading books or talking to people who have experienced it. There are a LOT of YouTube videos out there with a lot of good tips.
  10. Move away from your astral body from your physical body so you don't get sucked into it and can explore whatever it is you want to explore.
  11. When your finished, which can take 1 minute to one hour, depending, write down your experiences, what you saw, felt and how much time you were outside.
