Astrology August 14th 2018. Raw, Naked Divine Feminine.

Today, the Goddess is roaring. Our mother/ancestor energy, the Moon is in Libra and leaving an aspect to the Moon’s Nodes before connecting with Venus (Innana/Eve) at 7˚ Libra and then moving onto an aspect to stationing Mercury Rx in Leo.

Lilith, your too muchness, the original divine feminine, raw, naked and angry, is doing a dance with Mars who is still Rx and out of bounds.

I have begun to look at both the mean and true Lilith and the dance of the two.

On Aug 10th, mean Lilith (how she is calculated) conjoined Mars at 0˚ Aquarius.

Today the true calculation of Lilith, that is wilder and more erratic in orb, connects to Mars at 29˚ Capricorn.

It feels as if the divine female is chasing Mars in his ‘out of the norm’ state and infiltrating his energy with a call to transform.

As always this has little to do with women and men — this is about yin/yang. Bringing into balance.

The Lilith/Mars dance is fascinating to me as they are both such raw, energetic and purposeful energies. Both are willful, untamed energies, especially with Mars in his current state.

The Chandra symbol for the last degree of Capricorn is:

Blue morning glories growing up a tall trellis.
Heightened ability to bring the greater self into action. The towering presence of the one who knows informing each moment. A huge and formidable destiny-dedication to bring all of yourself through into this world. A steadfast, adamant quality of soul. The prenatal resolve to work out all remaining karmas and be free. Intensive focus upon soul evolution. Purpose, will. You have something to grow into throughout your life. Ancient ways, unfallen heights, seeing through. Staggered by what you have taken on. Ripening on the vine. Under massive pressure from within. The path and journey of ascension, with the body honored and the world renewed. Awakening and tapping the source for endeavors, projects, and tasks requires top-level clearance and the truest endowment of inward faculties to see them through and light up the world.

I am sometimes completely staggered by what WE have taken on in this timeline as we move into a new age. I am not convinced the coming age is going to be all amazing and incredible but one thing I know for sure is that we are being given the opportunity over and over and over to move to center, to balance yin/yang and all opposites.

And…… I am being drawn more and more to use the true Lilith over the mean Lilith. The very act of ‘smoothing out the orbit’ of the oscillating/true Lilith seems to bely her true nature.

Right now, at that last degree of Capricorn, the sign of our institutions. There may be something in the news coming out around pedophilia and child trafficking btw as Lilith’s darkest association is with these themes. The wild card nature of both energies and the presence of seven retrogrades with Mercury approaching his direct station are bringing reveals and old issues up.

Also likely are themes around black/white and inequality rearing their head. I had an interesting thing arise already today around that.
