I am open to all theories, my main focus is on astrotheological correlations. In case of the pyramids what I found interesting is the horus names of the pharao's during the Old Kingdom in combination with stellar alignments. Given that it was said that the pyramids were build during this time it makes sense.

However the pyramids could have been far older and that the 'naming system' is all that it was for that generation. In this case all their knowledge would have been predicated on the pyramid's existence. So what came first Old Kingdom spatial awareness or the pyramid structures?
