$ASUR may be coming up for a channel play & insider buying! 📈

I'm here not for the plesantries, but to discuss and opinate on the company Asure Software ($ASUR). Let us jump right into it shall we?

So who is Asure Software and what do they do?

Well, to answer that, I will leave it to the CChairman & CEO Patrick Goepel

I don't know about you, but I like his face! Anyway ow you have had she schpiel from the chairman him self, now we know roughly what we are talking about.

Through use of my ~~moronic~~ magnificent technical analysis skills I came to the conclusion that we are trading in a channel and should expect some upside in the coming future:

Expecting at least a further 2.5% downside
Looking to enter around $8.5.
Keepin stop loss around $8.05 (~ -5%)
Target around $9.95 (~ +17%))

As you can see, insider trading is up! Both the chief financial officer and the chairman/CEO bought 10,000 shares of the company at $8.75 on November the 12th!

Thay have reduced debt

Thwy have also effectively reduced their deby while increasing equity.
