So, I have been a fan of ASUS for years. I have owned five of their laptops, numerous monitors, and mother boards. As of today, I will never buy ASUS product again. Their customer service is on par with Comcast. Truly sad that they want to bill a long time supportive customer for a sticker that they lost in the packaging. $130 for a sticker that was on the product when shipped to them. They claim that the sticker they lost is $130 in damages. We tried to work with their customer service, but they have insisted on being completely ignorant.
