With it's own miningpool, paperwallet and windows wallet, Atheios (also known as ATH), is giving us all we need to start mining and/or trading this new coin.
As you may already know, Atheios is developed to be a stable Proof of Work platform based on Ethereum and Ubiq. It is a new blockchain containing no premine or ICO at all.
Their main focus is to expand their community. Improve core features of their Blockchain and also developing a new video game know under the name 'Atheios Spark'. Latest information also states out that the brains behind Atheios, are currently working on getting their coin (ATH) on the ledger nano wallet!
After reading the above, I can tell that you are starting to show a certain interest in this coin. I will not let you wait longer, I'll now teach you more on how to start mining and/or trading this coin.
Create a wallet
It is up to you to choose what kinda wallet you desire. Atheios gives you a choice between a web/paper wallet or a desktop wallet (windows,mac and linux).
Note: Always write down every bit of information that the wallet gives you. example: private key, passphrase, keep a certain encrypted file, etc. Never share any of these! The only key that you should share to receive/send payments is your Public key!
Setup your miner (windows)
You can mine this coin using your computers AMD or Nvidia GPU, some people like to create their own mining rig(s) because the more GPU's the higher the hashrate. (see picture). This will be writen more detailed in another article. Now, to setup your miner on windows, you will need mining software. For example Ethminer.
After installing, follow this guide to setup your miner.
That's it! You are now mining ATH! Coins will be transferred to your wallet, it's up to you if you HODL or start trading!
Start trading
Atheios can be traded here. (Take a look at my other articles if you do not know how to trade on big platforms like Binance). In this case you will need to make an account on Stocks Exchange.
My opinion
In my opinion this coin/project has a lot of potential. It's a fresh coin, has a growing community and their staff is willing to do anything for their members. I'm definitely on HODL!
