Just the other day I came across a Youtube video of this kid running 400m in under 48 seconds, a very impressive time indeed. But what's even more impressive is the fact that the kid has almost no running technic so to speak, not yet at least but I'm sure he and the team behind him are working on that as we speak. I'm talking about Mekhi Gammons who some people already see as the next king of tracks when he reaches his prime.
Those are some crazy numbers for such a young man. To put it in perspective for you, he almost broke each and every single women's world record by this point, grown women who train their whole lives while he's 13 and barely knows how to tie his shoes if I can use some sarcasm.
In the video below is the world record-breaking (47.86) time at 400m from the 2019 AAU National Club Championships, it was previously held by Bryce Love (48.62) and set in 2011. In my opinion, Mekhi has the potential to evolve into something amazing and makes a splash when he turns 18+.
