When you are flustered or not feeling so well, Sometimes its hard to know what you want,
Sometimes it hard to know how to communicate,
Sometimes its hard to know who is okay to be around- especially since we are social beings and needs to feel like we belong, are loved and have purpose.
Sometimes to get that bit closer to your authentic self or more in line with what you want and how you feel you have to withdraw from certain scenarios, groups or behaviours.
To become closer to ourselves, to encourage our own growth we must become more assertive and open, within becomming more in tune with ourselves we discover more of our contradictions. This can be where the desires of our ego and dreams of our souls collide. Take a light hearted approach, laugh at yourself, accept that things are not always so good or how we want. Within all of this we become closer to ourselves.
The closer we get to ourselves the more we find we become out of sync with others around us, sometimes we need to become more alone, to clear space for the sort of vibes that are more in sync with us.
Finding yourself can sometimes be a process of destruction and frustration, but through all the storms and beautiful days we need to remember to just smile!
