A homeless man has been charged after allegedly posting increasingly violent Facebook posts against Muslims and sharing plans to attack a local mosque.
Cormac Patrick Rothsey was arrested in Newcastle on Thursday evening following an investigation by the NSW Joint Counter Terrorism Team.
In Facebook posts, Rothsey allegedly showed admiration for accused #Christchurch terrorist Brenton Tarrant.
