According to the latest REIQ report, the Gold Coast hasn’t seen rental vacancies this low in the last 15 years of data records, reaching a record low of 0.6% in the first quarter of 2021.
Confirming what we already know, that the Gold Coast is an amazing opportunity to both live and invest in, rental vacancies remained tight across the whole region. Surfers Paradise precinct remained at 0.8%, the northern suburbs recorded a median of 0.7%, the southern suburbs came in at 0.4%, and the western suburbs were at 0.5%......
