KD and Nitu Ahuja bring together numerous entrepreneurship skills and business acumen to the table.
They learn from each other, support each other and build together.
The two have successfully founded Ray White Hoppers Crossing and have established an immensely solid reputation to back their business. Over the last decade, Ray White in Hoppers Crossing has serviced thousands of families in the West to buy and sell properties. They have also supported and built a team of real estate agents and property managers to look after property portfolios of investors.
“We have just celebrated eight years of success and expertise in real estate,” says KD, who has been awarded the ‘Alan White Elite Performer Award 2017-18’ for the third time.
Nitu joined the firm four years ago as the principal property manager and has used her previous corporate experience to build the team and new structure.
“As a young entrepreneur couple, we are often called the power couple as we are a very strong team.
But we have miles to go and mountains to achieve before we retire,” says Nitu. “Celebrate your small wins, trust your system as you go and keep the big picture in mind,” she adds.
KD suggests that entrepreneurs learn to refine their system to sync with their vision. “Life is a wonderful gift. Be happy, and work hard towards your daily goals,” he says.
