Excerpts from my autobiography "I PLEIADES"…⁣ (Part 1 of excerpt)⁣
⁣⁣
It was about 40 years ago during a time of especially active spiritual exploration that I found myself living as a bhakti yogi at a temple in an undisclosed location.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It was my first time (in this life) living as a temple yogi and I was quite excited to be having the opportunity of total immersion.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There were times when I felt their belief system clashing with the one I at that time held but I quieted any disagreements I might have had by reminding myself that I was there to learn and not to attempt to impose my own belief system on anyone.⁣⁣

I took to and learned the temple protocols very easily and after a while, interestingly enough I actually began correcting their pronunciation of Sanskrit. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Just something about some of the pronunciations was annoying to me. I intuitively felt they were wrong and since I was there to learn, I wanted to learn properly Sanskrit pronunciations, so I found some books and began teaching myself and of course the natural offshoot of that was to very carefully help those around me. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Through this course of events, the head of the ashram decided that I wasn't actually 'new' to the scene and for a while it was thought that for some reason that I was just pretending to be 'new'.⁣⁣

It took a while but I was finally able to convince them that it really was my first time.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It was a wonderful time for me and overall I really enjoyed my explorations.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Long story short… One day I decided that it was time for me to leave… I shared with them I would soon leave and they spent some time trying to convince me to stay.⁣⁣

My last day there I said that I would leave the final decision up to my dreams that night and leave or not leave in the morning accordingly. ⁣⁣
