بداية البرد وأضراره الصحية

ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﻪ ﺍﻧﺘﺒﻬﻮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ
ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻮﺍﻓﺬ ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﻪ
ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻠﻮﺱ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻬﻮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﻖ
ﻷﻥ ﻫﻮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻳﻒ ﻳﺤﺪﺙ ﺧﻠﻞ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﺑﻄﺎﻗﻪ ﺍﻻﻧﺴﺎﻥ
ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﺨﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻲ ﻭﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ
ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺤﻔﻈﻮﺍ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺪﻩ ﺇﻳﺎﻛﻢ ﻭﻫﻮﺍﺀ
ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻳﻒ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺑﺄﺟﺴﺎﺩﻛﻢ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺑﺄﻭﺭﺍﻕ
ﺍﻟﺸﺠﺮ
ﻫﻮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻳﻒ ﻳﺘﻌﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺭﺓ ﻭﻳﻀﻌﻒ
ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺮ ﻭﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﻟﻪ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﺂﺑﻪ
ﻓﺄﺗﻘﻮﺍ ﻫﻮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻳﻒ ..
ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻮﻡ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﻪ
ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﻃﺎﻗﻪ ﺟﺬﺏ ﺳﻔﻠﻴﻪ ﺗﺴﻤﻰ ﺻﻔﻴﺮ
ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺻﻔﺮ ﻭﻫﻲ ﻣﻀﺮﻩ ﺟﺪﺍ ﻟﻠﺠﺴﻢ ..
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻻﻳﻨﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﺀ ﺃﻭ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺏ ﻣﻦ
ﻧﺎﻓﺬﻩ ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﻪ ...
ﺣﻴﻦ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻃﺎﻟﺐ ﻛﺮﻡ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ:
ﺇﺟﺘﻨﺒﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻭﻟﻪِ ﻭﺇﺳﺘﻘﺒﻠﻮﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺁﺧﺮﻩ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ
ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺑﻜﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺠﺮ ..
