NYC Beautiful Weekend Ahead Coastal Storm Pulls Away
Good morning everyone. Aside from the enhanced tides and nuisance flooding in typical spots, our coastal storm has failed to meet even our lowest expectations. Yesterday turned out to be a partly to mostly sunny day without any rain whatsoever, and we start our morning with a mix of sun and clouds. After everything finally pulls away, we have a great weekend ahead and an even greater Columbus Day.

Sunday brings more sun, which will equate to slightly warmer temps. We'll be precipitation free and comfortable with highs in the upper 60's to low 70's.
Columbus Day on Monday will be the warmest of the bunch as our wind profile helps us go for mid 70's throughout the area. Humidity will remain relatively comfortable, and it'll be smooth sailing for any outdoor plans.
We take it back a notch on Tuesday but remain sunny and comfortable. Highs will creep down a bit into the upper 60's to near 70.
The long range continues to look active and fast-paced, so enjoy this comfortable and quiet stretch.
Please note that with regards to any tropical storms or hurricanes, should a storm be threatening, please consult your local National Weather Service office or your local government officials about what action you should be taking to protect life and property.
