National Airline under liquidation. Check out the line
Air Namibia's liquidation is now official. This after the High Court ruled to convert the provisional liquidation into full liquidation following an application by the Namibia Airports Company (NAC).
Last month, NAC applied to have the national airline liquidated, over a N$714 million debt.
The application went unopposed, resulting in the liquidation of Namibia's national carrier.
This liquidation of the national airline caused ABOUT 636 employees of Air Namibia to sit without jobs. This is a truly sad situation for our fellow aviation lovers in the aviation sector.
To all these employees you will get through this heartacing moment. Survival can be summed up in three (3) words NEVER GIVE UP!!! That's the heart of it, just keep moving forward.
