Do you avoid conflict and confrontation at all costs? If so, then I would like to congratulate you on that because without conflict and confrontation we never advance to the level of growth and progress we are all so keen on. In fact, if we are not constantly provoking each other with our insecurities, frustrations, or feelings of inadequacy, then who among us would ever be able to move forward?
How many times have you heard a person say, "You never know who you fool." This expression is extremely important because it reminds us that no matter how much we may try to fool someone else we will always be found out. We are fools in the eyes of others! Therefore, we must all be honest and be ourselves; therefore, it is imperative that we don't hide anything from each other, even if it's on a subconscious level.
Do you avoid conflict because you think that confrontation is negative and bad? Do you think that confrontation only brings negativity and takes away the peace of the mind? The truth is that confrontation can actually bring forth a wealth of positive energies into ones life, if handled properly. It can pave the way for cooperation and if handled correctly even peace and love can be brought into an argument.
Do you avoid confrontation because it causes you to feel vulnerable? If so, then you are making a very big mistake! The fact of the matter is that everyone has a little vulnerability. It is part of who we are!
Do you avoid conflict and confrontation because you think that others will easily manipulate and take advantage of you? Again, you would be wrong! Those who seek to manipulate, exploit, and take advantage of others will always find themselves exposed. Therefore, it is in your best interest to take full advantage of every opportunity to develop healthy and positive relationships with your fellow human being.
Do you have a lot of enemies? Do you want to purify your soul and become as purified as water? If so, then you can do no better than to find ways to destroy your enemies and gain victory over them. Does this sound like you? If so, then the world is a much better place than it is today.
Do you avoid conflict and confrontation because you think that your "way is right?" If so, then you are wrong! Your "way" may not be the right way for you. You must learn to be open to learning new techniques, methods, strategies, tactics, and systems in order to make improvements in your life!
Are you afraid of change? Do you want to stay the same or are you willing to adapt to changes? How willing are you to make changes in your personal life, business life, and career? If you haven't been willing to adapt, then you are doomed!
