That is why we have to be careful about what goes into the subconscious, because what goes on can influence the rationalization of other things and normalize anything that is repeated many times.

From these conflicts between what enters the subconscious and is rationalized with various influences comes most heuristics and biases, mental bugs that make us think and take actions that pass for analysis and critical sense will seem completely foolish and irrational.

This can be done if you are having trouble creating a good habit or doing something harder and bigger, you must put your momentary will aside and follow the goal or plan you have planned, it goes against our nature of always being in the present. and not thinking about past planning and future consequences, the evolution of our brain is much slower than cultural evolution and these issues are very recent from an evolutionary standpoint, we can do that thanks to our ability to go beyond biology, and rarely can we do it right, it is still there, it is not easy to go against it, yet we can gradually interfere and do something beyond automatic impulses.

When the impulse we really want for reason is fed to the detriment of the emotional and automatic impulses, we can evolve personally and go further and further, it is not easy, but it is possible and that is what has brought us here.
