Thanks Jeff .
The proof is in the pudding of doing .
So now I have the 7 affirmations and I plan to do them on a daily basics .
The feeling part will come with time I know
I love my cells all the trillions and trillions of them ,though it’s hard to name each one individually like my mango trees .
