It looks like it could be a Norwich Terrier...but hard to tell as not in profile.

    I showed a picture of biscuit to the tensorflow neural network I have been training. This was its attempt at classification:
    Norwich terrier (score = 0.82563)
    Norfolk terrier (score = 0.05777)
    Australian terrier (score = 0.04310)
    Border terrier (score = 0.01319)
    cairn, cairn terrier (score = 0.01122)
