THE POWER OF SELF DISCIPLINE

Sometimes, we come to a point where we ask ourselves; how do I get this done?,or how do I make it happen?.
To these questions, i got an answer from some of the books I have read. Such as:

  1. #Start from Why; by T.Harv Eker,
  2. #Think and grow rich; by Napoleon Hill, 3. #Why ask Why; by John Mason,
  3. #10 laws of Leadership; by Bill Newman,
  4. #What is in your hand; by Bar.Oscar Izeyor Iyoha,
  5. #The law if reflection; keys to manifesting GOD'S glory by; David Ogbueli,
  6. #12 discipline of Leadership excellence by; Brain Tracy and Dr. Peter Chee.
    In all these books,the authors are literally pointing out the same thing (DISCIPLINE).
    Friends, it has come to a point in my life where i have decided that when ever I wake in the morning, and I have things to do, I just say to my self "I GET TO DO THIS" and the next thing , I see it getting done. I found out that whenever I say "I HAVE TO" ;which I have shoved out from my memory,it puts me in a static motion.
    HOW DO I INCULCATE THE DISCIPLINE I DESIRE?,YOU MAY ASK.
  7. Choose one discipline at a time, such as waking up by 5:00am and exercising before to going work everyday to remain healthy.
    Please to not try to develop two discipline at the same time cause it might lead to frustration. Perfect in one first I suggest.
  8. Develop interest on the discipline you desire
  9. Program the new discipline in your mind.
  10. Launch your new discipline strongly
  11. Fight the temptation of least resistance. This in particular can kill the discipline already developed. Example is when you decide to skip the discipline you are working on even for just a day.
    Just like David Ogbueli says in his book; The law of reflection "You can only excercise authority only if you are under authority".
    Hence, you can only keep the discipline developed or in the process of developing if you allow people to help you remember in case you forget, cause you might probably will.
    CONCLUSION
    My question now is:
    #Do you want to make some changes in you life?,

How good is your relationship?

#What of your academics or finance?.
#Do you want to do something about any of those?. The time to start is now.
If it is in your finance, why not start by setting aside at least 10%- 20% of your weekly or monthly income aside for future investments.
In your academics, why not set out more time to your studies, while setting aside every distractions.
When you do these, in few days or months, you will be glad you did.
