Getting rid of bad breath. Do you have parodontosis, periodontal disease, gum disease, halitosis?

I have been struggling many years because of my bad breath. I felt isolated, did not want to go out, speak to people, my ambitions were diminishing every day, my mood – worse and worse. I was depressed. Every time I speak to someone I tried to direct my mouth aside of their nose or somehow sit at a distance or not even speak at all. I knew how bad it was, I could sense it, taste it. My dentist said, “Just get a tooth cleaning with ultrasound and it is going to vanish”. Yeah, right. There is also this laser surgery combined with deep cleaning of the the teeth. I have a friend who did that and there were some results, but it eventually came back. It was costly and hard on the body. Parodontosis can not be cured. My father has is, when it got worse, you did not want to be in front of him when he was speaking. Poor guy, he lost his teeth, but also the smell. Now he has no problems. I knew that this was coming for me. He was combating it also but to no avail. The only thing that was helping him was this antibiotic – rhodogil. Almost any antibiotic that I was taking for any reason was making my mouth feel incredible( I avoid them to the best I can, but when the doctor says you should take because such and such, you usually do), no bacteria. I could sense it immediately. I would have the confidence to speak to people and go out. I felt like I could do anything. But then these little shits were coming back.
I tried it all, flossing, different types of tooth pastes, organic, fluoride, alcohol-based mouthwashes, non-alcoholic ones, professional cleanings, tongue scraping, stopped cigarettes and coffee, stopped alcohol(these three are just heaven for the little bacteria), hydrating, everything. I knew that the laser surgery would not help long term. I gave up multiple times and just got on with my life, but you know, you feel less of a person, at %50 or even less… Then I start reading and trying again, then giving up…I did find a good solution – tee from chamomile and smoke tree(Cotinus). You put them 1to1 in water, boil and put something on top to keep the damp inside. This is good for 12 hours. You swish like 5-6 times a day and feel really fresh. I used to go around with a little glass bottle around, go to the toilets, swish a bit and go back to my friends. It was helping, but it eventually stopped working for me, I do not know why.
One day I saw this thing – CB12. LOL immediately I felt like I could talk to people. It felt awesome. But it is expensive and I knew that these chemicals inside are not safe. Plus in the long run, it would stain my teeth. I was reading a lot on it and then a saw a comment in a forum. God bless this person as he changed my life. He was a dentist or chemist, can’t remember and said there is a very cheap option, a lot better than CB12. Hydrogen Peroxide. This is it. H2O2. The extra molecule of oxygen is the difference that is killing the bacteria. This composition saved my life. You just buy a solution from the store, here in Bulgaria you can get it for 30 cents, 100 ml., %3 solution. Now I would advise you to try halving it, then if you want you can go to 3 percent. I never did as it may burn your mouth and leave it dry. I would say never try stronger than 4, some people go for 6, but I think 1.5 is perfect. You would want to go for the smaller bottle, as when you open a big one it starts reacting with the air and gets less potent. You can carry this bottle with you and swish 4-5 times a day.
Another good thing you can do is make your own tooth paste from 3 parts baking soda, 1 part table salt and a bit of Hydrogen Peroxide. Do not mix it in advance as it will not be potent. You will see it bubbling. You can also use coconut oil as a tooth paste. I did not try it but I am sure it would help.
Now, of course, I still floss and brush my teeth two times a day, use the hydrogen peroxide also scraping my tongue. I never had an issue with my breath since. If I stop for two days it will come back. You can not cure this. But you can keep it at bay. Now also my stomach doesn’t hurt anymore as the bacteria from my mouth used to cause gastritis. Of course, go to your doctor and always check with them, mine never did confirm that I should use it, but I still do. Good luck to all of you, thank you for reading and I hope that we can spread this information so that people can lead a normal life again.
