LOS HABITOS

LOS HABITOS son conductas repetidas regularmente. Todas las personas tenemos habitos unos buenos y otros malos. Entre los buenos habitos que cultivamos tenemos el de caminar, bailar, trotar,etc. Entre los malos habitos tenemos el de fumar tomar mucho cafe consumir alcohol entre otros. Tambien estan los habitos de higiene y constumbristas. Los habitos se adquieren no suceden sin ser ocasionados, cada persona moldea su forma de ser y de actuar. La influencia que recibimos en nuestras casas, escuelas y amigos van construyendo con el paso del tiempo nuestra identidad, queda de nuestra parte corregir nuestras debilidades evitando estos malos habitos que deterioran nuestra salud y fortalecer los buenos habitos en nuestra vida.
