今日推荐不和面就搞定的葱油饼做法,不用和面不用等,只用馄饨皮就能做出千层葱油饼,层层叠叠的面皮透着蛋香和葱香!薄脆酥香超简单!超级好吃!

葱油饼

食材(馄饨皮、鸡蛋,油盐、黑胡椒、葱)

步骤:
1.准备食材:

2、香葱洗净,切末,锅里加入一勺油烧至5成热,倒入切好的葱末里,接着倒入适量的黑胡椒粉,适量的食盐,打入一个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀;

3、准备5张馄饨皮,横着排好,用刷子将葱油鸡蛋均匀的在馄饨皮上刷一遍;

4、将馄饨皮对折几次,然后卷起来;

5、用手将卷起来的馄饨皮压扁,用擀面杖擀成薄饼;

6、锅中放一点点油,放入擀好鸡蛋葱油饼,小火慢煎,中途不断翻动,待双面煎至金黄色时,一块香喷喷的鸡蛋葱油饼就做好了。
