Our bakery is a communal space offering a varied selection of baked goods, from classic cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, breads and pastries, to our signature breads and cakes. We also have a number of gluten free products, including our famous brioche, gluten free bread and cookies. Our baking seasonally is from May to September (weather permitting) and we roast our produce to perfection. We also source our ingredients from sustainable farms throughout Scotland, sourcing far less beef and pork meat than most other bakeries. Our butchering and packing process is environmentally friendly and our pigs are fed organic and free range. We are a family run business and we are proud of our family-run traditions.
