In cake making, there are a lot of ingredients or condiments needed to have a full baked cake.
Some of the ingredients are factory sugar, baking margarine, bicarbonate of soda (rising agent), liquid milk or powered milk, egg, squadron (preservative), fruit, salt and flavor.

The procedures in making cake.

  1. Sieve the floor.
  2. Measure tow cups of sugar and pour in a bowl.
  3. Add two margarine and cream them together in anti-clockwise direction. Turn it till it becomes flexible.
  4. Measure four cups of floor that you have sieved and pour inside the bowl, mixed 5-6 eggs.
  5. Add one cup of milk and dissolve your fruit with the preservative.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and mix the together, thoroughly with mixer.
  7. Add two spoons of bicarbonate of soda.
  8. Set your oven at 75 degree celcuis, allow to heat, cream the pan with little amount of floor and butter to avoid gumming, then put the mixture inside the pan and put in the oven and close it very tight.
  9. Allow to bake for like 30-45mintutes.
  10. Allow to chill for some minutes before you turn it.

How to Design an already made cake.
There are two patterns involved in designing an already baked cake.

  1. Butter iceing design.
  2. Fundant iceing design.

BUTTER ICEING DESIGN
Only egg white and butter is required here. Then you add your colour. This is done by mixing white. colour and butter together. Use pumping bag to spray the design you wish.
Write the person's name. The your cake is ready.

FUNDANT ICEING DESIGN.
a. Four sachets of iceing sugar.
b. Liquid glucose.
c. galatin.
d. CMC (helps in holding the fundant together).

Procedure:

  1. Sieve the iceing sugar.
  2. Boil water, pour little amount in a bowl.
  3. Put two spoons of liquid glucose in the hot water.
  4. Add jalatin, turn it in order to mix well.
  5. Sieve the jalatin and pour inside the sieved iceing sugar.
  6. Use your hand to massage it and mix together till it forms a dough, rap it and keep.
  7. Cream your cake with butter and sugar mixed together.
  8. Then massage your fundant with rolling pin.
  9. Cover to your choice.
