Braso de Mercedes

Thats how I roll my Braso De Mercedes cake.I put the thick creamy custard filling in the middle of the meringue after I sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Thats is how it looks like after I log roll them.I wish I made a better picture of it but I forgot.Anyway this is my favorite cake as its very sweet and gummy.The meringue is made from egg whites beated to soft peak then added with cream of tartar and white sugar which I later baked in the oven for 350 degrees preheated oven
