If you are an experienced traveller you probably know a lot of websites where you can book a hotel room or an apartment. However, people placing advertisements on the websites that are popular among tourists usually set higher price.
In this post, I would like to provide some links to local real estate websites, where you can find a flat for rent, a house or other types of accommodation.
Price may vary from approximately 350 AZN to 5000 AZN per month depending on the location and facilities. Renting a flat for a couple of days is usually more expensive, about 50-250 AZN per day.
The most popular real estate website in Baku is BINA.az
There is also a Russian version of the website
The others are TAP.az and binatap.az
I personally like the first one the most because I found a flat for rent on this website one year ago. It was a comfortable flat in a recently built high rise for a very affordable price.
