A few weeks ago I came across a possible solution for my baldness in the form of a wig.
Yes I was as taken back by the thought of a wig as anyone would be, however this wig seems to be something different so I booked an appointment straight away.
Today I am off to London for an consultation with a guy called Jay to sit and discuss all aspects of the wig and to possibly try on (if they have something appropriate) a wig.
What I know so far: they will take a measurement of my head and a mould.
I've had to
Grow my hair (what I can) so
They can take a sample.
It takes two months to custom make my wig
The wig can last up to a year dependant on a persons day to day activities.
You can do everything normal

I know your pain. While I like to think that I've finally gotten over the loss of most of my hair, I seriously doubt that I'd pass up the option of a wig, if a viable option came along.
Still... we are who we are, warts and all, and the lack of a full head of hair should not get in the way of appreciating oneself.

I've often been asked why it bothers me about being bald, I never admit it bothers me to people (even though it does) however there is another aspect to it, it's that I would like the choice if I want to shave my head or grow my hair, that choice was taken away.
Guess I'll find out soon enough whether Mother Nature knows best lol
