Morning Barre and Stretch: Positive intentions and mindful movement to start the day.

I was up until 1:30am reading articles on Steemit. My daughter was up from 2am-4:30am because sleeping isn't her thing. Maybe it's the full moon, maybe she never really sleeps through the night even though she's 2 1/2...who knows. I do know that starting the day positive and waking my body up always makes me feel and act better. Enjoy the class!
