Duck with embryo("Balut")philippine delicacy

I like this philippine delicacy..its called here in the philippines "balut" !😊
If you will eat this, you can see the chicks inside the shell of an egg, mostly this egg is preserve within 15- 16 days..when the chicks inside is like a fetus of baby duckling. It so delicious and more benefits from this "balut"! You can put some small amount of vinegar and salt..to be more tastier.
Only in the Philippines!
