Visiting one of the wonders of the world is a great experience. It was on October 26, 2018 that we had our trip together with my colleages to Sagada. One of the stop desination that we had was Banaue Rice Terraces!
Actualy it was a dream come true. It was my dream in my childhood to visit the place that I usually see on books, pictures or television.
I can't really explain the happiness I felt when I saw the place. It was magnificent!
Five things to know about Banaue Rice Terraces:
A. It is nine to ten drive from Manila.
We started from SM Mall of Asia before we begun the trip.
B. The road is good but curvy.
Do not expect straight road upon getting there. It is mountanous.
C. The people prefers English language than Tagalog.
The place was not colonized by the colonizers except of the Americans who contributed a lot in their culture of language.
D. The rice terraces were all green.
It was a great site to see. Relaxing and refreshing!
E. The rice in the food store was dark violet and delicious and the coffe was great.
You should try them. Exceptionally unique!
Try to visit the place once in your life! It was all worth trying.😉
